University of Alberta Faculty of Arts shows - Live-streamed online
Flutist Chenoa Anderson and saxophonist Allison Balcetis will join forces to present a colour-filled, improvised performance. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not to be duplicated, but will feature rich musical dialogue from years spent together as chamber music partners in various settings. Incorporating three different sizes of flutes (piccolo, C-flute, alto flute) and three sizes of saxophones (soprano, alto, baritone), Chenoa and Allison will play off each other's ideas -- dialoguing, contrasting, intuiting -- in this live-streamed concert event.
